Información:
In 1886 our great-great-grandfather Quintín bought the house and winery where we continue making wine today. Since then, generation after generation, the love for the vineyard and wine has been transmitted in our house. We, Helena and Reyes, continue the work at No. 3 Santa María Street, under the same rock, and we continue planting and working the vines on the same land.
Located at a privileged spot beside the Duero, an idylic place for viticulture. Gravel and sand soils, gentle slopes facing north and the Duero as the main actor, which brings softness, humidity and beauty to the rigorous Castilian climate.
Our vineyards are trellised and bush planted. We make a special effort to preserve the traditional landscape of bush trained vines, planted with the "marco real" system (3x3m). We are committed to the viticulture of our town, practically lost in the 60s, and which is kept alive thanks to Muedra wine.
We continue making our wines in an underground cellar, because in addition to being an example of the region's traditional underground architecture, it provides ideal conditions for the conservation and production of wine. We are committed to the rural environment as a sustainable way of life with a future.
